                                  Lookin’ for Atlantis and Mysterious cities                                                 Dr. Seuss

Cube: Get silly with Dr. Seuss.  There's a noothgrush on my toothbrush and a gellar in my cellar. We will read some Dr. Seuss books while we paint the ceiling yellar. Oval: Come build miniature cities out of wood scraps and glue, visit the Discovery Center to view the future Cascade neighborhood model, and explore lost and mysterious cities through song, story, and art.            

 

                                                                                                              

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

  

              Week 3: June 26 – 30                                                              Week 8: July 31 – August 4

Wave: Come engage in a large variety of games to promote cooperation, negotiation, physical activity, and fun!  Those may include parachute and co-op band, turn taking construction, obstacle courses, inclusive musical choirs and communal arts and crafts.         Cooperative Games                                                             Five Elements:

     Week 4: July 3rd & 5 – 7                                                           Week 9: August 7 - 11

Volcano Week                                                                        Flying Dragon Room

Octagon: Come build model volcanoes and erupt them with vinegar and baking soda.  Along with making volcanoes we will explore some of the worlds volcanoes through story song and art. Left-Right Arrow: Let your imagination soar with the flying dragons as we take inspiration from this beloved storybook.  We will make our own fantasy rooms and ride the flying dragons.

Art and Creation                                                                    World Breads

 

Flowchart: Terminator: Come help us make Breads from around the world.  We will measure, pour, mix, squish, pull, and knead our way to yummy creations.
